Competence Analysis and Development Tool (CADT®) is a really unique method for the measurement of competence and competence development.
The new thing about this is that we, with support of CADT®, not only gain a view on the competences and developmental aspects, but also on the competences which are used as adjusted behavior. Therefore we do not only use texts (cognitive) but also images (experience). The combination of these two methods is new and provides information about the real competences of the participant. A good analysis of the measurement is able to recognize in an early stage stress, exhaustion e.d. whereby improvements can be provided. Exhaustion and stress are the result of those competences which are used as adjusted behavior within their job.
No other measurement instrument, besides CADT®, is able to make the distinction between true competences and adjusted behavior. The participant gains therefore more awareness of those competences which are not developed by inner motivations but only by adjustment. This will increase the pleasure in the job, stress and exhaustion will decrease and absence through illness will become less.
Meant for who? C.A.D.T. has many faces because of the profundity this instrument can give to employees.
A few examples are: * Personal competence measurement * Assessment * Conflict mediation * Groupprofiles * Personal development
What does it provide? In short terms, it provides a healthy employee who is aware of his adjustment.
The employee will put less energy in his/her adjustment. Thereby will the general energy level rise and will the employee experience more pleasure in working. This instrument is used for an abundance of companies who wants to motivate and stimulate employees for personal development. A conscious employee will accomplish his/her job better, take more responsibilities and know his/her limits better and guard these limits more professional.
